Smashingly Brilliant was inspired by Diana Vreeland's love of Capri. Mrs. Vreeland would often holiday on the Italian isle and is credited with bringing the Capri sandal to America. Smashingly Brilliant is a classic, fresh scent for both men and women.
A play on contrasts, the fragrance combines the zesty freshness of citrus notes with a deep, textured background. Lemon and Calabrian Bergamot is enhanced with aromatic notes of verbena and juniper berries and tempered by peppery basil at the core. A white suede accord adds a sexy, unexpected element to the scent’s dry down encouraging the fragrance to linger on the skin.
